I got the Xbox arcade Duke Nukem yesterday and i must say i was impressed by the graphics and also by the multiplayer mode. The graphics are fast and are very nice. Daytona Netlink was only available from the Sega website from what i saw. This is probably why it is so rare. Probably that not many copies were ever sold. I am not a specialist but those i saw were not Netlink versions if i am right. They dont have the red/blue Netlink logo , only the regular Saturn logo.
