The Sega Saturn NetLink League

The Saturn was released in Japan on November 22, 1994. So, last Sunday the Saturn turned 15 years old! Happy Birthday Saturn!

Looks like a slight above average price for it. Got mine mint for 160$ although that was more luck and timing on ebay. Perhaps, but he has a lot of other bargains so you could offset the price by buying a few more more reasonably priced items! Also, about 80% of the trick of getting PDS is finding ...

If you are interested in buying it, I suggest you move fast! They will respond via e-mail but they are slow via e-mail. You'll have much better luck if you call them directly. They are on the East coast so operate under Eastern Standard Time (which makes it 3:45pm right now out there).

Can you read the documents as they are? Sega really used a crappy font for smaller files.

I uploaded 14 files which include the entire Daytona book The resolution isn't that great since the upload section restricted the file size quite a bit and I had to make them small enough for the uploads to take.

Whomever wants scans of NL manuals, PM me your e-mail address and let me know which manuals you want. I won't make any promises on speed, but I'll get it done some time this week.

But the PS2 could be more easily backwards compatible (BC) because it was based at least in part on the PS1's systems. The Saturn was completely different than the Genesis/Sega CD. Making the Saturn BC would have driven up the cost of an already excessively expensive console (it was released at $400...
