When you bought this refurbished unit, did it come with all the original packaging (bags etc) or just the main box? Also what condition was the box in?

What program are you using to try to burn the file?
I suggest (assuming you arent using it already) that you download the trial of alcohol 120% that should burn it for you no problem, take a look here to download the trial
