LagunaCloud has been fevereshly working on the bugs affecting users with matchmaking / UPNP.
Hopefully this is fixed - w00t.

Apologies for being late with release of the 2nd 2 beta. We were running into several awesome issues around what we wanted to be launch time involving OVERMIND (actually - we're still having problems with OVERMIND as I speak.). More updates soon

I would start downloading .net 2.0 first. Xband 2 doesn't get its second beta until Friday. But perhaps later today I can send you a version that I hope is going to work
