Sorry to bring back this old topic, but did you try the Japanese NetLink?
Found anything interesting?
Maybe you could post a video on Youtube or something to show us what it'S like.
It sounds pretty interesting, even if it probably doesn't work online anymore
I have not had a chance to really play around with it yet. I'm going to try the browser software included someday - I just need to find a free dial-up ISP in my area (New Jersey).

I also bought recently off e-bay a massive Saturn Networks book put out by Sega in like 1996. Its basically is entire introduction and guide to the SegaNet network - how to use the modem, join, etc. It also has guides for specific early SegaNet games like Virtua Fighter Remix, Pad Nifty, etc.

I'm planning to eventually scan the thing and put it up on my Saturn site ( www.sega-saturn.us ). I havn't had a chance to much to read in detail, but perhaps it will glean some information in the fuutre.

If that book has any technical info, I would be VERY interested to read it.

Can you read any Japanese?

I'll try to put up a scan and rough translation of the table of contents should it interest anyone.

I can read a tiny bit. Probably not enough to matter, but I'll see what I can figure out.
