I don't know exactly what the PlanetWeb browser supports, but CSS and PHP were VERY new technologies at that time and not yet in common use (therefore it's likely that they were unsupported), and I don't know if it supported SQL, which I don't think was in common usage for websites then, either.

Another wierd thing was that it treated it like a non saturn disc and didnt go for copy protection. I had to put in a legit game until the black sega screen, reset, then after that copy protection verification swap it with the browser

Many pages don't work with it. Some times you just have to accept it.

About the other issue, I don't know. Is the CD scratched?

No it isnt scratched so I'm guessing its a bad press

Or the files are bad somewhere.
