I'll work on a tutorial.
The reason i mentioned the Save Game manager is because it will let you compress the large ghost files, move them onto the system memory and then email them. The recipient would then have to decompress them.
It might be a little out of some people's comfort zone but if there's enough interest I could put together a good tutorial for that as well.
I think I found a way to send email over netlink...

I have also just confirmed that you can use this method as an internet mail server if you have broadband and can still connect your Netlink Via traditional dial-up.

I put this together with the Dreamcast in mind, but it can be used with the Saturn as well.
