He must be saying about some factory sealed ones, only the jewel case sealed.

I saw them for like, US$ 45.00 or something near that.
I'm ready to play!

Both of mine were jewel case versions... but one was used, and one was sealed new in a multi-game pack with Virtual On and the Web Browser 3.0. Also, I didn't get the second one from eBay.
I have my Saturns, I have some of my games, I have a RasPi. Gotta put all this stuff together!

I am not a specialist but those i saw were not Netlink versions if i am right. They dont have the red/blue Netlink logo , only the regular Saturn logo. I saw a few us Sega rally championship but they seem to be the standard version. Theres also many Daytona but not the Netlink edition. I saw only 1 Bomberman and it is 111.14$ cdn which is alot of money and one Virtual on Netlink version at 74.09$ cdn. Maybe i dont see some items because some sellers dont ship here in Canada.

The shipping thing is definitely a possibility. I think most of the ones I saw on eBay were the regular version as well. The Bomberman price doesn't surprise me at all. However, I don't think any copy of Virtual On, even the Netlink version, is worth $74. Maybe if it were still sealed in the box and signed or something... anyway, check back periodically. This just must be a bad time of year to be hunting.

And you'll probably be lucky to even spot a Daytona Netlink version on eBay from what I've heard... they're that rare.

Daytona Netlink was only available from the Sega website from what i saw. This is probably why it is so rare. Probably that not many copies were ever sold. I did get a few games and yes i paid a big price for 2 of them but they are hard to find so i cant complain too much. I got both Virtual On and Sega Rally Championship Netlink editions in new sealed condition which is great. I also bought a used Duke Nukem which is cheaper and much easier to find. I dont really like Bomberman on other systems so i wont be looking for it unless i get a BIG deal which would be very surprising. I prefer racing and shooters. I guess ill have to stop my "hunt" to those 3 games i bought which is already good. If you ever see a Daytona Netlink , let me know. Thanks.

I received my Netlink modem last week but i am still waiting for my games to come in. I am still searching for players. There was warp2063 , canadiangamer and maybe 1 or 2 others who seemed interested. Please contact me in private or here and let me know if you would really be interested to play. I would be available friday or saturday nights. I should get Duke nukem , Virtual on and Sega rally within a few weeks. I am in Montreal Canada. Thank you.
