This is the place to go to put out challenges to others and find NetLink opponents to play.

Sixth Match-Up

Post by GLAKENATOR »

After the holiday weekend, I hope everyone is ready for the sixth ever SSNLL match-up.

Before we get things rolling, I have an announcement.

segadreamcaster has been disqualified from the tournament on the grounds of Rule #X4H66A: Any player to not play in one of their first five (5) match-ups is immediately dismissed from the tournament and/or suspended from the league.

Because this is his first offense, I suggest minimal punishments.

Anyway, the sixth match-up

Cidus v. blueshinobi

newcomer blueshinobi selects game.

good luck to both of you and godspeed.

well, you'll be left out of many in the future if you don't partake in the games that have conveniently been scheduled.

For once, that actually wasn't me :)

Have a heart eh? It's not segadreamcaster's fault he's so far away...I'm sure if he were closer he'd be playing the heck out of his NetLink.

As for blueshinobi *cracks knuckles*...let's dance! :P

Perhaps Dreamcast online can make this possible? Serious question though: How much are international calling rates? If we do it every once in a while, we could play you on NetLink Segadreamcaster!

Welcome back to the site GunGriffon! It's great to have both you and Tekforce back. Check your PM's :).

As for the site, it's been through various incarnations since then, but this is most easily the best, and most permanent, domain is brand spanking new. In the last few weeks we've gained a bunch of members, and we haven't been doing any serious matches yet, but definitely, I'm itching to play too! Besides you and I, Cidus, Tekforce, Wren, and BlueShinobi all have NetLinks, so there are some cool opportunities to play different NetLinkers (Segadreamcaster I'm not leaving you out of course, it's just you probably won't be playing GunGriffon unless you're interested in the LD fees!). If you check the members list, it tells you exactly which ones have the NetLink, which is really handy.

After May 9th or so, I will be ready to play some games!

Yeah could do it via the Dreamcast possibly :)

As for international call rates...don't know, would have to look it up but I imagine it would be pretty expensive and not something I would fancy doing too often...lol...anybody get international calls included in their phone package? :)
