The game is complete. The case is scuffed a bit, but the hinges are intact. The manual is missing the back cover (someone got carried away removing the warranty card apparently) but the front cover that displays look fantastic and the insides of the book are intact but with a few light creases. The disc has a few light scratches but the game plays all the way through (I've played through it completely myself) without any issue.
