Dezaemon 2 Save Game Manager Vol. 2

I do not understand Japanese; can I still use the Dezaemon 2 Volume 2 ?

What is Volume 1 ?

If not understanding Japanese, I am still able to use Dezaemon, can someone tell me how to use it and give me more information on what it can do and what I can do with it.
