The Action Replay is fairly easy to come by, assuming it can still be ordered from the site I bought it from before.

I wish I could get a Sega Bomberman.

Edit: Well, while the "4-in-1" is no longer available on that site, there's a "3-in-1" that does everything that the 4-in-1 did with the exception of the communication port on the top for Saturn development and backing up your saves to the computer via a special adapter.
