Correct sega saturn battery

Ok guys i need a little info here.I baught a new sega saturn battery from ebay installed it and it only lasted 3 days.My question is what is the correct battery i need for the saturn.Thx any info will be greatly appreciated.

A CR2032 should work just fine. A Dreamcast VMU uses two of this same type of battery.
I have my Saturns, I have some of my games, I have a RasPi. Gotta put all this stuff together!
