Im guessing Sega Rally and VO are 1 on 1 matches.

What modes does Duke Nukem have?, and how many players?

How about bomberman?

Yup, you're right, those games are 1 on 1. Duke Nukem is also one on one, but still pretty fun. Bomberman supports 2 on each Saturn for up to 4 players.
