Probably not, but there's a difference - the proceeds for the armor are going to charity, not to one guy.

The charity thing, being a handmade artifact, related to a pet, that will not drive more attention than a Sega Pluto, but the attention it drives is surely from people who will "participate" (in the lack of a better word).
