I have one question
How do i get on the web on my saturn via the voip?
Do you follow the steps of dreampi with the voip but just with a saturn?

If you want to surf the web with the Saturn just use the dreampi. Its a plug and play solution
If you don't have a dreampi and want to buy one you can get one here http://www.dreamcastlive.net/shop.html
It will be a plus because you'll be able to use it with Dreamcast of course too

If you are using VOIP as prescribed by the way our guide works. You wont be able to dial up internet with it unless you have another VOIP adapter with a dial up sever on the other end of it.
