I tried to send a message, it is in my Outbox, I cant find any send options.

If it's in your Outbox, it's been sent, but not read by the person you sent it to. I have a message in my Outbox that I sent about two and a half years ago. The person I intended to receive it hasn't come back to check their messages.
There's a second message in my Outbox that's waiting on you, bellotto.
