Has anyone ever seen this sega karaoke player?

I recently got something really cool in September
It's called the Sega Commander skc-1000c Prologue 21 karaoke device
I'm currently trying to get the fans to work and to find a short causing a 2.5A fuse to blow
Anyone else here own one of these?
