And, about the question, the Cartridge with the code HSS-0150 (black Cartridge with red label) is the 1 MB RAM Cartridge. It's like the Expansion Pak of the N64, it adds RAM to the console.
With it, you can play some games that require it and boost some games that support it. Mostly japanese games, because it was released only in Japan. The only US (and PAL) game that can use it is Marvel Super Heroes, I believe.
There's also a 4MB RAM Cartridge. It is transparent blue and there's a huge "4MB" written on it.
